We are seeking a seasoned Cost Accountant with 4+ years of proven experience in the F&B sector—specifically restaurants, cafés, and pastry central kitchens. You will own the full cost-control cycle: from raw material tracking and recipe costing to waste reduction and operational budgeting. This role demands a sharp analytical mind, advanced Excel skills, and hands-on familiarity with Odoo ERP.

• Monitor and control food cost against actual sales, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports on cost percentages, wastage, and inventory variances.
• Conduct recipe costing for every dish and beverage to determine precise unit costs and inform menu pricing.
• Track waste and shrinkage, delivering actionable solutions to minimize losses.
• Coordinate with kitchen and production teams to optimize portion control and ingredient usage.
• Prepare operational cost budgets and contribute to cost-reduction strategies.
• Perform regular branch and central kitchen visits for on-site auditing and inventory verification.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven cost accounting experience in the F&B sector (restaurants, cafés, pastry central kitchens).
• Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP and advanced MS Excel skills.
• High accuracy in data entry, numerical analysis, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical capabilities to compile, interpret, and present financial reports.
