Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to serve as a Technical Account Specialist for strategic client accounts and major infrastructure projects in Qatar. This role combines deep technical expertise with client relationship management to ensure successful project delivery and long-term partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic client accounts, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure project requirements, including technical specifications, system integration, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and implement tailored solutions for complex client needs.
• Monitor project milestones, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct regular technical reviews and status updates with clients, translating technical concepts into actionable business insights.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, reports, and documentation for major infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical account management or engineering project support within the infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of managing strategic client accounts and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation tools.
• Strong understanding of local and international infrastructure standards and regulations.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
