What You'll Own

• Mail & Package Operations: Receive, sort, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels across multiple locations with absolute accuracy.
• Stock Custodianship: Maintain meticulous records of inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure all supplies are accounted for and stored properly.
• Document Control: Log and track registered mail, sensitive documents, and high-value shipments, ensuring chain-of-custody is never broken.
• Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external couriers to schedule pickups, deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on mail volume, inventory status, and any incidents or losses.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven track record as a mail clerk, stock custodian, or inventory specialist—ideally in a military, logistics, or high-security environment.
• Precision: You have an eagle eye for detail and a system for catching errors before they happen.
• Integrity: You handle sensitive materials with discretion and understand the importance of security protocols.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work across multiple base locations (ASAB, ADAB, UAE) and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Tools: Comfortable with inventory management software, barcode scanners, and standard office productivity tools.
