Role Summary
Capgemini, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking a highly skilled Radar Algorithm & SW Architect to join our team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced radar algorithms and software architectures for cutting-edge radar systems. You will work alongside a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to deliver innovative solutions for the world's most challenging engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design radar signal processing algorithms for detection, tracking, and classification.
- Develop and optimize embedded software for radar systems, ensuring real-time performance and reliability.
- Define software architecture, including module decomposition, interfaces, and data flow for radar platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radar algorithms into larger system architectures.
- Conduct performance analysis and trade-off studies to meet system requirements.
- Lead technical reviews and provide guidance on best practices for radar algorithm development and software design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in radar algorithm development and software architecture for radar systems.
- Strong background in signal processing, including FFT, filtering, and detection theory.
- Expertise in embedded software development using C/C++ and real-time operating systems.
- Familiarity with radar system concepts such as phased array, MIMO, and synthetic aperture radar.
- Experience with model-based design and simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink).
