Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up for assigned specialty.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital standards.
- Participate in continuous medical education, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Oman (or eligibility for licensure).
- Board certification or specialized training in one of the following areas: General Practice, Dentistry, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Dermatology, Internal Medicine.
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
