Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for various systems.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures in line with project requirements.
• Conduct system tests, inspections, and punch list closures to ensure readiness for operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor safety compliance and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and handover records.
• Train and mentor junior operators and commissioning personnel.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning operations within the oil and gas or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning, system completion, and handover processes.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and under pressure.
• Relevant technical certification or degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
