Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
- Assist in training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant staff to maintain high performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Manager, or similar role in a restaurant or hotel food & beverage setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
