Job Purpose

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign employees to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and tasks.
• Monitor work results and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train new staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications: Proven experience as a shop manager or in a similar retail management role. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Skills: Employee scheduling, team supervision, performance management, recruitment, training, and inventory control.

Additional Information

This position is based in Bahrain and requires fluency in English. Solid understanding of retail operations and customer service principles is essential.
