What You'll Own

• Quality Assurance: Oversee and enforce quality standards across all operations, from ingredient sourcing to final product delivery.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.
• Audits & Compliance: Conduct internal audits, maintain documentation, and ensure full compliance with food safety regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure every customer experience reflects our commitment to excellence.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Track metrics, analyze trends, and report insights that guide strategic improvements.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven background in quality assurance, preferably in a food or health-related industry.
• Mindset: A relentless drive for precision and a zero-tolerance approach for subpar output.
• Communication: Ability to influence cross-functional teams and clearly articulate quality standards.
• Certifications: Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, or similar quality management systems is a strong plus.
• Location: Based in Oman, ready to make an impact locally.
