What You'll Own

• Full lifecycle management of multiple contracting projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitoring budgets, schedules, and quality standards – and flagging issues before they become problems.
• Leading project meetings, documenting progress, and reporting to senior management.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on every site.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a project manager in the construction/contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills – you can align a diverse team toward a common goal.
• A problem-solving mindset that stays calm under pressure.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
