About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer specialized in execution to join a dynamic construction team. This full-time position is ideal for a professional who thrives in on-site project management and is committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure, building, or civil works.

Core Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Quality Control: Inspect work in progress, ensure compliance with engineering plans, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordination: Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow and resolve technical issues.
• Documentation: Prepare daily progress reports, material requisitions, and as-built drawings; maintain accurate project records.
• Resource Management: Supervise labor and equipment usage, monitor material deliveries, and optimize resource allocation.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce occupational health and safety standards on site, conduct risk assessments, and promote a zero-accident culture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction execution (site supervision).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on site.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reinforced concrete, steel structures, or road works.
• Familiarity with Egyptian building codes and local regulations.
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English) is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
