- Ensure all units are regularly check and maintained in order to have maximum availability.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance are implemented on schedule.

- Ensure technicians performed preventive maintenance implemented on schedule.
- Ensure corrective and breakdown records are updated on system.
- A/C (Package Unit and Split type)
- Ensure all A/C such as package and split unit are regularly maintained for optimum performance of the unit.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance are implemented on schedule.
- Maintain statistical and financial records.
- Managing spare parts for equipment.
- Ensure all plumbing and equipment installation are done according to national l, alfanar norms and safety standards
- Carrying out quality inspections

- Supervise the proper implementation preventive, and corrective maintenance schedule for forklift.
- Supervise in-house and subcontracted repairs
- Responsible for the control of use and stock for tools and spare parts for building services and forklifts.
- Manage work priorities for maintenance with respect to production requirements.

- Provide technical support for existing and new installed utilities.
- Attend staff meetings, technical and management review meetings, and participate in group projects.
