Finance Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and support internal audits.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
