About the Role

As an Event Service Expert at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining and event experiences. Working within the Food and Beverage & Culinary team, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects the brand's commitment to refined luxury and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications, including table arrangements, linens, and décor.
• Serve food and beverages during banquets, conferences, and social events with precision and professionalism.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 kg.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with The Ritz-Carlton brand standards.
• Certification in food safety or hospitality management.
• Multilingual abilities.
