About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Lounge Attendant to join the prestigious team at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha. In this role, you will be the face of our exclusive Executive Lounge, delivering personalized, anticipatory service that exceeds the expectations of our most discerning guests. You will create memorable experiences through warm, genuine hospitality while maintaining the impeccable standards synonymous with The Ritz-Carlton brand.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide personalized check-in and check-out assistance for Executive Lounge guests, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering tailored recommendations for dining, local attractions, and hotel services.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation within the Executive Lounge at all times.
• Prepare and serve food and beverage offerings, including premium wines, spirits, and gourmet canapés, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset, escalating as needed.
• Collaborate with front office, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure a cohesive and extraordinary guest experience.
• Assist with event setups, technology needs, and special requests within the lounge.
• Uphold all brand standards and safety protocols, contributing to a luxury environment that respects privacy and exclusivity.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment, specifically in guest-facing roles such as front desk, concierge, or lounge service.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional personalized service with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree or certification preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Opera PMS or similar hotel property management systems.
• Knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and gourmet food service.
• Proven track record of receiving positive guest feedback or recognition.
• Certification in food safety or responsible beverage service.
• Familiarity with The Ritz-Carlton brand standards and culture.
