About the Job

eTeacher Group, a global EdTech innovator with over 550 employees, is seeking a Sales Representative (also referred to as Business Development Representative or Account Executive) to join its team in Morocco. In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming education through technology, driving customer acquisition for our e-learning platforms. Since its founding, eTeacher Group has been a pioneer in educational technology, delivering cutting-edge online learning experiences. Today, we are expanding our footprint in Morocco and need passionate sales professionals to help us connect with educational institutions, schools, and training centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Moroccan EdTech market, focusing on educational technology solutions.
• Present and demonstrate eTeacher Group's e-learning platforms to potential clients, using consultative selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and training centers to drive long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective pipeline management and CRM utilization.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and optimize customer acquisition.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to improve product offerings.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, software, or education services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Moroccan education landscape and digital transformation trends.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
