What You'll Own

• Production Excellence: Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the manufacturing group to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

• Process Optimization: Identify and implement lean manufacturing improvements that reduce waste, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure every product leaving your line meets the highest standards through rigorous checks and corrective actions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production data, and report actionable insights to plant leadership.

What You Bring

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in a manufacturing supervisory or team leader role within a high-volume, quality-driven environment.
• Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and safety regulations.
• People Skills: A natural ability to inspire, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts with empathy and authority.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, KPIs, and using metrics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Language: Professional proficiency in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
