Job Purpose
As a Lead Specialist in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning & Reporting at LEONI, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within the HR function. This role is critical in shaping the company's workforce strategy by providing actionable insights through advanced analytics, robust workforce planning, and comprehensive reporting. You will partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to optimize talent management and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Analytics: Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Analyze key HR metrics including turnover, retention, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and employee engagement.
- Workforce Planning: Lead workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting, skills gap analysis, and scenario modeling. Align workforce plans with business objectives and financial targets.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management, covering headcount, organizational structure, diversity, and other HR KPIs. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance standards for HR data. Implement processes to maintain high data quality and consistency across global HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Finance teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and enhance analytical capabilities. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and reporting, ideally within a multinational or industrial environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros). Strong experience with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday). Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). SQL or Python skills are highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. High attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Industry & Domain Knowledge
Familiarity with the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred. Understanding of labor market dynamics, workforce demographics, and regulatory requirements in Tunisia and other regions where LEONI operates.
