Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer or Civil Engineering Technician to join our team in Tunisia. In this role, you will be responsible for construction site supervision, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in infrastructure projects and a passion for civil engineering in Tunisia.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all construction site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and plan the different phases of construction projects, from groundwork to finishing.
• Manage site workers and subcontractors, providing technical guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, documenting progress and any issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to resolve technical problems.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent technical diploma.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication in Arabic and French (English is a plus).
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
