Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone for hospitality clients.
• Resolve inquiries related to bookings, reservations, and guest services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
• Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in hospitality or travel.
