Role Overview

As a Level II Instrumentation Engineer at Worley, you will be responsible for delivering instrumentation engineering services that meet project specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical integrity and project success within the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review instrumentation engineering deliverables including specifications, datasheets, and calculations
• Support project execution by ensuring design compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements
• Coordinate with process, electrical, and piping disciplines to integrate instrumentation systems seamlessly
• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and risk assessments
• Assist in the selection and specification of field instruments, control valves, and analytical equipment

Required Qualifications

• Level II instrumentation engineering experience in the energy, chemicals, or resources industry
• Bachelor's degree in instrumentation engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Knowledge of international codes and standards (e.g., ISA, IEC, API)
• Proficiency in instrumentation design software and tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Muscat, Oman
