Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join the luxury wellness team at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Doha, Qatar. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and hydrotherapy sessions in accordance with established protocols.
• Provide personalized consultations to guests, recommending appropriate treatments and wellness packages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment area, ensuring all equipment and products are stocked and sanitized.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate with the spa team to promote special offers, seasonal packages, and retail product sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to enhance the luxury spa experience.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications in massage therapy, esthetics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end spa or luxury resort setting.
• Proficiency in a variety of treatment modalities (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy).
• Knowledge of wellness products and retail sales techniques.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric attitude.
