About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join Everience, a global consulting and digital services group with over 4,000 employees and €280M in revenue. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of professionals to deliver exceptional digital solutions and consulting services to our clients. This role is based in Tunis and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consultants and digital specialists to achieve performance targets and project milestones
• Develop and implement team strategies aligned with company objectives and client needs
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
• Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for team members
• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimize productivity
• Report on team progress and operational metrics to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within consulting, digital services, or a related field
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and team dynamics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international teams or clients
• Familiarity with digital transformation trends and consulting best practices
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or team leadership
