About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Saudi national, female civil engineering graduate to join our team at a well-established contracting company based in Jeddah, Al-Mohamadiah district. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in the construction industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans and safety regulations.
• Support in the preparation of progress reports and technical documentation.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and local building codes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Fresh graduate (no prior work experience required).
• Strong academic record and technical knowledge in civil engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic engineering software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
