About the Job

We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our culinary team in Bahrain. In this role, you will exhibit creative baking and decorating talents while leading the pastry staff in preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods. As a key member of the Food and Beverage & Culinary department, you will ensure every creation meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Personally perform baking and decorating tasks while supervising the pastry team.
• Lead the staff in preparing quality pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Develop and test new recipes to enhance the menu.
• Ensure all products meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior pastry staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
• Creativity in dessert presentation and flavor combinations.
• Ability to lead and work in a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Relevant culinary degree or certification preferred.
