Mindrift is seeking a skilled Freelance Chatbot Developer with expertise in WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API to join the Tendem project. This remote role, based in Kuwait, focuses on building conversational bots and seamless messaging-platform integrations. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord using their respective APIs.
- Implement conversational flows, natural language processing (NLP) logic, and user interaction patterns.
- Integrate chatbots with external systems via webhooks, REST APIs, and third-party services.
- Test and optimize bot performance, accuracy, and user experience across platforms.
- Maintain documentation for bot architecture, deployment processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with the project team to align bot functionality with business requirements.
- Monitor and update bots to ensure compatibility with platform API changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and/or Discord API.
- Strong proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Node.js, or PHP.
- Familiarity with webhook integration, JSON, and API authentication methods.
- Understanding of conversation design and user experience for chatbots.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bot projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
