Join Our Mystery Shopper Network in Oman

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team of mystery shoppers in Oman. As a Mystery Shopper with Tadree, you will conduct scheduled visits to various locations, evaluate customer service and operational standards, and provide detailed feedback. This role is ideal for those who enjoy observing and assessing experiences in retail, hospitality, and service environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct covert visits to assigned locations according to specific scenarios and guidelines.
• Observe and document all stages of the customer service process, including staff interaction, cleanliness, product presentation, and adherence to company policies.
• Complete detailed evaluation forms and reports accurately and within set deadlines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your role and assignments.
• Provide constructive feedback to help improve service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Reliable smartphone and internet access for submitting reports.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or market research is beneficial but not required.
