Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Post Graduate Trained Subject Teacher to join our educational team in Bahrain. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction across multiple disciplines including English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Physical Education, Commerce, Music, and Hindi. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical skills and a passion for fostering student growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum for assigned subjects.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and staff meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

Hard Skills:

• Post graduate degree (Master's or equivalent) in a relevant subject area.
• Certified teaching qualification (e.g., B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching at least two of the listed subjects.
• Strong command of English language; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patience and adaptability to diverse learning needs.
• Organizational skills for lesson planning and classroom management.
• Creativity in designing engaging instructional materials.
