Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquets, restaurants, and bars.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Support the stewarding team in daily operations, including dishwashing and waste management.
• Adhere to Rosewood standards of relationship hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role within a hotel or fine dining establishment.
