شركة صناعية رائدة في مجال الصناعة، مكانها في مدينة سحاب الصناعية بعمّان، تعلن عن حاجتها لتعيين

* أخصائي متمكن ومحترف في تشغيل وصيانة ماكينات وقوالب حقن البلاستيك*

نبحث عن كفاءة حقيقية تنطبق عليها كافة الإشتراطات بدقة.

المؤهل العلمي:

• دبلوم أو أفضل في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الميكاترونيكس أو هندسة البلاستيك أو الهندسة الصناعية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة

متطلبات الخبرة:

• خبرة على الأقل 10 سنوات في تشغيل ماكينات حقن البلاستيك
• خبرة على الأقل 10 سنوات في صيانة وتغيير قوالب الحقن

تشغيل الماكينات:

• ضبط وتحسين معاملات الحقن (Temperature, Pressure, Speed, Cooling Time)
• تشغيل ماكينات حقن البلاستيك
• إعداد الماكينة وإعدادها لبدء الإنتاج (Setup & Startup)
• تغيير المواد الخام بين الوصفات الإنتاجية
صيانة القوالب:
• تركيب وفك وتغيير القوالب (Mold Change)
• صيانة القوالب الوقائية والدورية
• اكتشاف أعطال القوالب وإصلاحها
• تنظيف وتشحيم القوالب
الجودة وحل المشاكل:
• تشخيص وحل عيوب الحقن (Flash, Warping, Sink Marks, Short Shot، إلخ)
• ضبط الجودة وفق المواصفات المطلوبة
• قراءة وفهم الرسومات الهندسية والمخططات التقنية والكاتالوجات الخاصة بالماكينات
مهارات إضافية:
• معرفة معمّقة بنوعيات المواد البلاستيكية (PP, PE, ABS, PVC, HDPE، إلخ)
• توثيق سجلات الصيانة والإنتاج
• تعبئة نماذج الصيانة الوقائية وقوائم التفقد والنماذج ذات الصلة
• إمكانية العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة إنتاج متسارعة
• إمكانية قيادة وتوجيه فريق العمل

Plastic Injection Molding Specialist* Leading Industrial Company — Sahab Industrial City

A leading industrial company in the manufacturing sector, located in Sahab Industrial City, Amman, is seeking a:
*highly skilled and experienced Plastic Injection Molding & Maintenance Specialist*
We are looking for a true professional who meets all requirements precisely.
Educational Qualifications:
• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding machine operation
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in injection mold maintenance and changeover
Machine Operation:
• Adjusting and optimizing injection parameters (Temperature, Pressure, Speed, Cooling Time)
• Operating plastic injection molding machines
• Machine setup and startup preparation
• Raw material changeover between production recipes
Mold Maintenance:
• Mold installation, disassembly, and changeover (Mold Change)
• Preventive and periodic mold maintenance
• Fault detection and mold repair
• Mold cleaning and lubrication
Quality & Problem Solving:
• Diagnosing and resolving injection defects (Flash, Warping, Sink Marks, Short Shot, etc.)
• Quality control in accordance with required specifications
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical schematics, and machine catalogues
Additional Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of plastic material types (PP, PE, ABS, PVC, HDPE, etc.)
• Documenting maintenance and production records
• Filling out preventive maintenance forms, inspection checklists, and related documentation
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lead and guide a work team
