- Job Title : Operations Planning Analyst

- Reporting To : Operations Planning Manager

- Qualification : Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance

- Experience : Candidate should be English speaker with at least 3 years’ experience in Accounting

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Operations Planning Manager in the preparation of AOP, Strategic Plan, Forecasts and Capital Plan of the manufacturing and in the inventory operations of the company.

- Responsible in analyzing the Line Efficiencies, Raw Materials Yield, cost of materials used variances against budget, Operations PR monitoring and tracking, provide comparative analysis of the operations operating expenses by cost centers against budget and quantify reasons of variances.

- Tracking and monitoring company’s condemnable products in coordination with the Supply Chain FG Controller.

Daily:

- Prepares daily line efficiency and RM yield reports.

- Prepares daily concentrates yield report below PI standard.

- Daily PR monitoring and tracking against budget

- Daily tracking and monitoring company’s condemnable product.

- Monitor daily operational downtime situation in the operations and reporting

- Daily production statistical data analysis by SKU, and by line.

- Daily shipment analysis to DCs by pack.

- Other works assigned from time to time

Monthly:

- Prepare and update standard MOH rate for systems routing as per budget.

- Prepares Floor Cost Analysis by Raw Materials/manufacturing overhead and by Package against budget.

- Review Concentrate Order Analysis (Quarterly) prepared by QC.

- Prepares monthly Line Efficiency and RM Yield reports and other additional reports / analysis.

- Prepares Cost of Sales Variance Analysis (Actual versus Budget and Last Year)

- Prepare monthly Operations OPEX analysis vs budget.

- Prepare PR CAPEX and OPEX tracking reports for monthly submission to MU.

- Prepare monthly lost volume analysis due to excessive machine downtime

- Prepare monthly production volume vs plan analysis by pack.

- Prepare monthly shipments analysis to DCs and impact in E Tax.

- Prepare monthly Tax Hit Analysis.

- Follow ups for Operations monthly actual closing.

- Other analysis required from time to time.

Annual:

- Prepares AOP, Strategic Plan, Forecasts related to Operations

- Various analysis required to support the preparation of AOP.
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
Candidate should be English speaker with at least 3 years’ experience in Accounting
