- Distribute all QA/QC documentation at site / work shop

- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards and participate in the site internal and external site audits

- Coordinate all the quality activity such as dimension , receiving material , welding , painting …..etc.

- Carrying out preliminary inspection of materials of construction & reviewing the material mill certificate.

- Submit Material traceability report

- work as welding engineer (Welder qualification, prepare (PQR & WPS) at Site/Work shop.

- Reviewing welding procedure specification "WPS" and Supporting procedure

- Check Welds Joint edge geometric & alignments as per WPS.

- Check the Welding Procedure and Welder qualifications.

- Visual inspection of welded joints.

- Check finished Weld Size and Length.

- Check Dimensional accuracy of completed Weldment.

- Verify that in process nondestructive examination is performed.

- Verify that additional of NDT has been performed if required.

- Raise inspection request (RFI) to client as per approved ITP plan.

- Able to work at site

- Ensure all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer .

- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action.

- Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses

- Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
