Role Overview
The Business Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while driving business growth. This
role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, customers, and government entities to
identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and increase overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and government organizations
5. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and external engagements
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and service delivery
7. Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
9. Contribute to long-term business planning and strategic decision-making
Qualifications
1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction, facility management, or trading industries
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Proven ability to develop business relationships and generate new opportunities
5. Good understanding of local market practices and regulatory requirements
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Performance Measurement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be established for an initial 6-month period
Performance will be regularly monitored against defined targets
KPIs will focus on business development, revenue growth, client acquisition, and operational efficiency
A formal performance review will be conducted at the end of the 6-month period
