Job Summary:
We are seeking an Omani سيلز مبيعات Executive responsible for promoting and selling private boat trips and charter services to individual clients, corporate organizations, and government entities. The role requires strong business development skills, direct client engagement, and the ability to generate new sales opportunities while maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell private boat trips, leisure charters, and customized marine experiences.
Develop business opportunities with corporate offices, government departments, embassies, and institutions in Muscat and across Oman.
Conduct direct sales visits, presentations, and meetings with potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of booked trips.
Maintain records of client meetings, leads, sales activity, and monthly performance reports.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, seasonal promotions, and long-term charter agreements.
Report directly to the CEO on sales pipeline, client feedback, and revenue performance.
Requirements:
Omani national.
Previous experience in sales, business development, hospitality, tourism, marine leisure, or corporate account management is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to approach corporate offices and government sectors professionally and confidently.
Valid Omani driving license is preferred.
Good command of English and Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation:
Fixed monthly salary.
سيلز مبيعات commission on each confirmed trip sold.
Additional incentives may be offered based on performance.
