Job Description:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, ensuring smooth and profitable operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality.



Key Responsibilities:

- Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales through excellent customer service, understanding clients' needs, and recommending appropriate corporate gift solutions.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, including printed wear, mugs, pencils, and other specialized gifts. Provide expert advice and customization options to clients.

- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, organizing, and stock. Ensure availability of popular items and timely introduction of new products.

- Financial Management: Oversee the store's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Proven experience as a store manager, preferably in a retail environment focused on corporate or specialty products
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
