· Create detailed technical drawings, diagrams, and plans for MEP systems using AutoCAD software.

· Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to understand MEP system requirements and project specifications.

· Interpret and incorporate design concepts, sketches, and specifications into MEP technical drawings.

· Coordinate with the MEP design team to ensure accurate representation of MEP systems in the drawings.

· Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards in the drafting process.

· Create and modify design layouts, sections, and elevations for MEP systems based on project needs.

· Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and field observations.

· Maintain accurate and organized drawing files, documentation, and records.

· Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in MEP drafting, AutoCAD, and Revit.

· Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations related to MEP systems.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software with a minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP drafting.
Familiarity with Revit software for MEP drafting is a plus
Experience or proficiency in creating MEP models and drawings using Revit will be highly valued.
Solid understanding of MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components.
Proficiency in interpreting MEP design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free MEP drawings.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards for MEP systems.
Degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, or a related field is preferred.
