skilled Chef with expertise in pasta-making

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pastry
Chef located in Muscat in a startup company. The Pastry Chef will
be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality pastry
products, ensuring the proper sanitation and safety measures are
taken in the kitchen, managing inventory and ordering supplies,
and collaborating with the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities Plan and manage daily operations of the
kitchen’s pastry section. Create menus, suggesting new items as
needed. Prepare pastries, desserts, confections, and more on a
daily basis. Decorate pastries using a variety of toppings and
tools to apply them. Communicate with clients to get an
understanding of what they want and make recommendations. Meet
with clients to discuss custom orders, such as birthday cakes and
wedding cakes. Monitor the stock of all necessary
ingredients. Train and lead مساعد pastry chefs. Adhere to
all health and safety guidelines. Stay up-to-date on food trends
and dietary restriction needs, such as gluten-free options.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with
excellent knowledge of pastry arts, ingredients, and
techniques Ability to create and decorate visually appealing and
delicious desserts and pastries Excellent knowledge of food
safety and sanitation regulations Strong organizational and
managerial skills, with the ability to manage inventory and
supervise kitchen staff Ability to work under pressure and meet
deadlines Certification from a culinary school or equivalent
experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to work well in a team environment Familiarity with
various baking equipment, measuring tools, and mixing. If you
