Job Summary:

- The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the company. They oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, branding, promotions, and public relations, to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with the company's objectives. The Marketing Manager collaborates with various departments to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts. They analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Additionally, the Marketing Manager manages the marketing budget and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and performance metrics.



Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience (6 years) in marketing management roles, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and achieving business objectives
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques for measuring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions
