Job Overview
Al buraq Group of Companies is urgently seeking a professional and dedicated HR مساعد (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage employee attendance and timesheets
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and absences
Assist in recruitment processes (السيرة الذاتية (CV) screening, interview coordination)
Maintain and update employee records and HR files
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Handle HR administrative tasks and internal coordination
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Assist in employee performance tracking
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Strong understanding of HR operations
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Arab nationals preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
Salary
Salary will be decided after the interview, based on qualifications and experience.
