- Must have high rise experience in Mechanical Engineering

- 5-10 years of experience,Must have high rise experience

- Must have experience with a Design Consultancy company Knowledge of Designing, developing, coordinating, HVAC services and all related infrastructure services

- Knowledge of documentation & procedures required for testing, balancing and commissioning of equipment/services

- Able to read and interpret and prepare the HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and P&ID drawings and quantities wherever required

- Able to review and interpret the Mechanical specifications along with overall MEP specifications

- Experience and capabilities in HVAC infrastructure (district cooling) design would be an asset

- have a minimum of 10 years’ experience (6 years minimum within a design and consultancy firms) in the design of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for large scale building projects including, but not limited to cooling/heating loads, air and chilled water distribution, ventilation, pressurization, smoke extract, thermal energy storage and building management systems
5 -10 years of experience ,Must have high rise experience .
BSc degree in Engineering
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
