Job Title: Technical / Site Engineer – Worker Camps Project
Location: Jordan (Aqaba – Amman Pipeline Route)
We are seeking a highly capable Technical / Site Engineer to join our team for a major infrastructure project involving the design, construction, and operation of worker camps.
This role is critical and combines:
- Technical coordination
- Site execution
- Client communication
### Key Responsibilities:
- Support preparation of technical proposals and client presentations
- Coordinate with modular building suppliers (including international factories)
- Lead site preparation works (earthworks, leveling, compaction)
- Supervise camp setup and installation of prefabricated units
- Ensure proper drainage, grading, and infrastructure readiness
- Work closely with operations team during camp setup and early operation
### Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years experience in site works / earthworks / infrastructure
- Strong experience in site preparation and leveling
- Familiarity with prefabricated / modular structures is a strong plus
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
