Representative Responsibilities: Respond promptly and

to maintain customer satisfaction Collaborate with the sales
team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

system Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both

customer-focused mindset Ability to multitask and prioritize in
a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service
or sales is preferred but not required Proficiency in MS Office
