- We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team in the food additives and ingredients sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment, understands the technical nuances of food formulations, and is passionate about building long-term client relationships.



Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote food additives and ingredients across target markets

• Identify and engage new clients in food manufacturing, processing, and distribution sectors

• Provide technical product insights and application support to clients

• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to tailor solutions for customer needs

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with professionalism and precision

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
Strong understanding of food formulation, regulatory standards, and product applications
2+ years of sales experience in food ingredients, additives, or related sectors
