Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented سيلز مبيعات & Marketing Specialist to join our team in Amman.
This role combines sales, client acquisition, and marketing coordination, with a strong focus on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, presenting tailored marketing solutions, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
سيلز مبيعات & Business Development
• Generate new leads through networking, outreach, and market research
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and client consultations
• Understand client needs and propose suitable marketing solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements
• Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain client records and follow-ups

Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Follow up on ongoing projects to ensure delivery and quality

Marketing Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams (design, content, ads)
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and marketing strategies
• Support the execution of client campaigns
• Monitor performance and provide basic insights

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or digital marketing
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, ads, SEO)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales
• Ability to work on-site in Amman
• Fluency in Arabic and good English skills

• Familiarity with Meta Ads or Google Ads

Compensation & Incentives
• Basic Salary: 300 JOD
• Commission: 5%–10% recurring commission on every contract you close
