- Purpose of this job is to oversee the custodial aspects of all project buildings and commercial areas within the responsibility. This includes supervising custodial service contractors and ensuring all project premises are maintained, cleaned and serviced as per agreed scope and schedules and up to the required standards at all times.

1. To assist the Project Custodial Manager in the operations of custodial services programmes at site which consist of cleaning services, pest control and waste- disposal.

2. Provide effective instructions and oversee work carried out by the custodial service contractors to ensure high standard of work is undertaken and maintained.

3. Co-ordinate with custodial service contractors’ staff in their duties to provide a comprehensive service by use of manual and electrically powered tools and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

4. To perform routine surveillance on reactive maintenance and generate work order for service provider work.

5. Supervise the custodial service contractors ensuring they know their duties and carry out their work in accordance with standard procedures, practices and Health & Safety regulations.


Ability to interact with external parties and utilize internal resources or systems for better usage of resources.
Awareness and understanding of Health and Safety standards.
