- The CEO will have primary responsibility for planning, executing, managing and controlling all activities in the business operations within the company. This will include direct responsibility for administration, profit and loss, growth initiatives, enhancing organizational capability and providing the optimum structure to execute the plans and general management of the country business.

Responsibilities

        •        Ensure compliance with corporate policies and practices for Health Safety & Environment and Quality

        •        Profit and Loss responsibility and accountability

        •        Drive and Execute in relation to operational performance; Deliver results in line with forecasts and expectations

        •        Ensure that products quality and delivery requirements are satisfied

        •        Formulate and execute a strategy to grow the business with a primary focus on organic growth

        •        Ensure development of technical services and processes in support of growth strategy

        •        Work with the sales team to set targets to ensure budgeted sales are achieved

        •        Enhance skills and processes across the businesses through a focus on continuous improvement

        •        Develop and build a high performing team

        •        Build technical bench strength and ensure all staff are adequately trained to perform their duties

        •        Create a culture support high productivity

        •        Provide regular, timely business reports to the company board
Strong understanding and demonstrable experience of working in the manufacturing sector (water is preferred) in Saudi Arabia
Have at least 8 years management experience, including 3+ years in similar roles/sectors
Proven track record of delivering organic growth through the development and implementation of ‘best practice’ management principles
