company specializing in advertisement signage and hoarding, is
seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a
Production Foreman. The ideal candidate will oversee the
day-to-day operations of our production department, with a focus
on 3 D signage sticker pasting and hoarding
work.rnrn**Responsibilities:**rnrn1. **Supervision and
Coordination:** Lead and manage a team of production workers
engaged in 3 D signage sticker pasting and hoarding activities.
Coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.rnrn2. **Quality
Control:** Maintain high standards of quality in production
processes. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that 3 D signage
stickers and hoardings meet company specifications and client
expectations.rnrn3. **Training and Development:** Provide
training to production staff on the proper techniques for 3 D
signage sticker pasting and hoarding installation. Identify
opportunities for skill development within the team.rnrn4.
**Resource Management:** Efficiently allocate resources,
including manpower and materials, to meet production targets.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team
for timely replenishment.rnrn5. **Safety Compliance:** Enforce
safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all
production staff. Conduct regular safety meetings and address any
concerns promptly.rnrn6. **Project Planning:** Collaborate with
the project management team to plan and schedule 3 D signage and
hoarding projects. Ensure that production timelines are met and
projects are completed on schedule.rnrn7. **Problem Solving:**
Address any issues or challenges that arise during the production
process. Implement corrective actions to resolve problems and
prevent recurrence.rnrn**Requirements:**rnrn- Proven experience
in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the signage
and advertisement industry.rnrn- Strong leadership and
interpersonal skills.rnrn- Knowledge of 3 D signage sticker
pasting and hoarding installation techniques.rnrn- Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.rnrn-
