Job Description:

•
Meets and exceeds sales and product objectives in territory by
effectively utilizing all resources available.
•
Collaborates with Sales Manager in development of sales
plan.
• Establishes a strong company presence within
assigned reseller account base at decision maker, management,
integration/engineering staff, and rep levels.
• Develops
contacts in target accounts through prospecting in designated
territory.
• Follows-up on all leads provided by the
company.
• Interacts with all appropriate internal and
external customers to insure successful implementation of sales
and marketing strategies with the customer.
•
Demonstrates products to new and existing customers.
•
Keeps abreast of product lines and industry trends and informs

• Participates in reseller events, trade shows, sales
meetings, and training.
• Resolves customer issues in a
timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as
appropriate.
