interior visualizations • Develop technical drawings including
MEP & joinery shop details • Deliver photorealistic renders
for premium interior projects • Collaborate with the design
team to transform concepts into reality • Ensure designs align
with project requirements and are site-feasible ⸻ Required
Skills: • 3ds Max + Corona Renderer – Expert
level • AutoCAD – Expert level • D5 Render – Preferred,
not mandatory • Photoshop – Basic to advanced
knowledge • Strong grasp of modern design trends and technical
drawings • Site execution and detailing experience ⸻ WHAT
