Job Overview:
- To achieve monthly and annual sales revenue
targets for the full range of ABSAR products and services in the
relevant territory.

Responsibilities and
Duties:
• Provide Servicing of existing customer base and
maintaining good working relations.
• Assess and create
the opportunities and development of new customers and new
applications for existing customers.
• Identify new
opportunities and new applications within the assigned
geographical territory.
• Promote all ABSAR products,
solutions and services at all times.
• Ensure all customer
and opportunity details are managed and maintained in the
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in line with
ABSAR’s procedures.
• Prepare Territory Sales Plans
(TSP) for the assigned territory or market sector in line with
ABSAR’s procedures.
• To support the sales team with
technical assistance if and when required.
• Conduct
presentations of new products to those existing and potential
customers.
• Generate and receive enquiries from
customers, quoting for the work, negotiating contracts and
securing orders.
• Provide proactive information about
relevant market activities within the assigned geographical
territory.
• ABSAR places a strong emphasis on Quality,
Health, Safety and Environmental protection. It is a requirement
and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed
and accountable for compliance to the ABSAR Health, Safety &
Environmental policies, procedures and local legislation, and
ensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training and
objectives required by the company.
• Any other duties
considered related essential for effective operations and service
as requested.
Bachelor Degree in Civil
Engineering
Experience: 1-5 Years of experience
Experience
in the preparation and submission of offers, quotations and
proposals
Ability to deal with suppliers for procurement of
materials
Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent
communication and presentation skills
